Wedding Stationery - FAQ's
When to Order Wedding Stationery
You should always allow for uneventualities and order your
personalised wedding stationery at least 3 weeks before
you wish to send them out. For weddings taking place in
summer months it is advisable to allow two extra weeks for
your order to be completed. Traditionally wedding invitations
are sent out approx 10 weeks before the wedding.
How to Order Wedding Stationery
Once you are happy with the email quote sent, you should
go to the 'TO PLACE AN ORDER' section of that email and
follow the instructions.
Wedding Stationery Samples
Samples are sent out free of charge, simply choose the designs
you would like to receive and then click here.
Quantities
You may order the exact number you require (in quantities
of 10), however, please allow for last minute additions
or hand-writing errors. Please note that you do not need
to order one invitation per guest, it would normally be
one per family and/or couple.
Reply Cards
Reply Cards are a useful way of reducing the response time
of your guests. They are sent with the invitations with
the reply address pre-printed on the envelope.
Thank You Cards
Thank You cards can be pre-printed with your own message
or left blank for you to write your own individual message.
You may wish to include your married name and address (please
advise when ordering).
Order of Service
Our Order of Service provides four sides for printing. The
first page gives both your names, church/venue, date and
time. The following pages detail the service and has the
words to the hymns (if applicable). Please set this out
as you would like it to be printed, (your minister/registrar
should guide you on this) and then please send the layout
to us for proofing. Please note, if an additional inserts
are needed, an additional charge will be quoted for.
Place Cards
Place cards are usually left blank but can be inscribed
with you and your partners names.
Foreign Languages
Your stationery can also be printed in a foreign language
if required. We would need the wording to be typewritten
on a separate sheet or supplied on disc, exactly how you
would like it printed. |
